We do verify the listing but then the responsibility of the information is completely the duty of the dealer or individual who is making the listing and providing the specific information.

You are liable for maintaining the accuracy and secrecy of your e-mail, password and other information related to your account. We would suggest a strong password that you have not been using with other services or in other portal. This contract is between Rent Roof and Broker / Agent and from the date when you register with us this contract becomes active unless it is terminated with a written notice by either of the party.

Rent Roof is a platform that helps you in closing deals on your behalf, as you use your focus on generating listing not only in your location but also on other locations, so that you can close more deal and set some bigger goals. To make this possible for you we execute them and give you an experience of best customer satisfaction.

Rent Roof has all the right to change the Agreement at any moment at its own discretion. Any change in the contract terms will be intimated to you through e-mail address which you have provided us. The changes will be active from the time it is e-mailed to you. It is your liability to check the terms of this contract on a frequently. The usage of the website implies your acceptance of the Contact with Rent Roof. 

By successfully registering on Rent Roof you can become the register broker/agent of Rent Roof. As per the laws of India you must execute and abide the terms of this contract and you will become eligible to use the website. The registration with Rent Roof will mean that you agree with all the terms of use as well as privacy policy of Rent Roof. 

On your registration as a Broker/Agent on Rent Roof, you agree that you have registered with us without any undue force, sound mind and without any pressure and with your total will. 

Through an interface determined by Rent Roof, you agree to deliver to Rent Roof the listing and Broker data in a particular language as well as format decided by Rent Roof. 

While registering as a Agent/broker with Rent Roof you will get free listing services that will contain the following:

1. You will be authorized to upload endless listing on the portal for rent.
2. Rent Roof will let you be in contact with the customers who are interesting for house on rent via the property listing you have posted.
3. Rent Roof will record the conversation between the broker and the buyer for reviewing it further. The information will be used to make the services more appropriate.
4. Rent Roof may offer you extra tools and CRM for unique experience of the customers

After the registration completion and by accepting the terms of use Broker/agent acknowledges:

Rent Roof makes sure that the content which is uploaded in the website is of good quality. To maintain the quality Rent Roof review the content of all the listings offered by the Agent/broker before they get live.

Rent Roof ensure that all the importance is given to the quality of the details submitted by the Agent/Broker and have all the right to remove the content if it doesn’t passes the parameters of Rent Roof.  

The users of Rent Roof can rate the services of the Agent/Broker and we have the right to display the rating and reviews offered by users at its own will.

Rent Roof doesn’t promise any particular number of leads and business earned by any broker.

Rent Roof will suspend any service offered by the Broker in case any amount that is to be payable to Rent Roof by Broker is not paid on the due date.

When the service that is subscribed by the broker is suspended, it will be terminated as well. The date of termination will be intimated by Rent Roof. 

After you have completed the Registration with Rent Roof, the agreement will remain in effect. We reserve every right to change the services or eradicate any feature which was effective earlier at any moment. These cancellations will take place without any prior notice. Rent Roof has all the right to restrict the access of use of any service without any prior notice.

By disabling your login on the website, you can decide to discontinue and terminate the Agreement. If you terminate the agreement then you are liable for to pay service charges to Rent Roof.

You agree to hold and indemnify to Rent Roof, its directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, and other employees, risk-free from any loss, accountability, claim, or demand, containing logical attorney's fees, created by any 3rd party owing to or arising out of your utilization of the Rent Roof Services in breach of this Agreement and/or arising from a violation of any of the terms of this Agreement and/or any infringe of your representations and warranties that are set.

The relationship of every party to another one is of an Independent contractor. The Parties are not joint ventures or partners with each another and do not aim to form any joint venture or partnership. 

All the matter in relation to this Agreement will be governed by the Law of India and every party irreversibly consents to the jurisdiction of the state. And will agree to follow every rule and regulation mentioned by the State Government.
